The morning was hot and sunny and the afternoon was rainy. We startedout on I-10, but got bored with the sameness of the Interstate, so we got off at US 19 and followed it for the remainder of our trip.

We took 9 hours to cover 350 miles. The total journey was 5700 miles according to the GPS. Our odometers had higher totals, but they both read high. We stopped for gas about 43 times and ate in a lot of restaurants and fast food joints.
