We had a leisurely breakfast with our host and her other house guest, we headed out for the day’s ride around the island. We started with the North Beaches and discovered this resort inn at Dalvay By The Sea.

We also snapped a couple pictures of the beach.

Continued west and north and stopped occasionally to photograph a lighthouse or the seashore.

We followed Route 12 to the end where there is a wind farm and interpretive center.

They have a static display of one of the blades and a pod. These things are vintage 2001 and are huge, but they aren’t so big as the 2007 models, which are twice the size and 4 times the generating capacity.

After lunch we headed to the South Shore and took a couple of pictures of Victoria.

We returned to Charlottetown for dinner and a restful night before starting our journey home. Before we leave, however, we have to replace Beth’s front tire. We have an appointment with the Harley dealer in the morning.
