Friday, July 15, 2011 – Gettysburg, PA. Today the group split up and went separate directions. Some went to the battlefield, others to the Harley plant in York. Some stayed at the hotel and relaxed. I went on a ride headed north with about 15 bikes. We crossed several mountain ridges and carved a lot of curves.

Before the activities began, we gathered the bikes for a photo shoot.

This is our mid-day break for lunch.

And an afternoon break at Appalachian Harley-Davidson.

I took a dip in the pool.

Dinner was a barbecue at Battlefield Harley-Davidson.

There was a t-shirt swap after dinner.

I closed out the evening standing around the parking lot chatting with a lot of new friends.
